IRP at Data Days 2025
IRP partnered with OIT to host the fourth annual Georgia Tech Data Days. Data Days is an annual conference designed to empower attendees with the knowledge and tools available to harness the full potential of data. This year’s conference was held virtually on November 3 and in-person on November 5 in the Bill Moore Student Success Center.

Georgia Tech IRP at AIR Forum 2025: Leading the Conversation on Interim Leadership
The Office of Institutional Research & Planning (IRP) proudly represented Georgia Tech at the 65th annual AIR Forum, held May 19–23, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. As the premier global gathering for higher education professionals in institutional research, this year’s conference brought together thought leaders from across the country to explore the future of data-informed decision-making.
Insights from AAUDE 2025
The Association of American Universities Data Exchange (AAUDE) recently convened its annual meeting, hosted by the University of California, Irvine from April 27-30, 2025, in Newport Beach, CA. Jason Wang serves on the AAUDE Strategic Planning Committee and also serves as Georgia Institute of Technology’s Primary Representative. Samantha James serves as Georgia Tech’s Secondary Representative.
Highlights from the Spring 2025 RAC-IRP Meeting
Jason Wang and Samantha James from Georgia Tech’s Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) recently participated in the Spring 2025 Regents Administrative Committee on Institutional Research and Planning (RAC-IRP) Meeting, held in person at Middle Georgia State University on April 21–22. The event brought together institutional research professionals from across the University System of Georgia (USG) for two days of dynamic discussions, strategic updates, and cross-campus collaboration.
