Spring 2026 CAT IRP Meeting

Jason Wang and Samantha James represented Georgia Tech at the Spring 2026 Chief Academic Officer (CAO) Advisory Team for Institutional Research & Planning (CAT IRP) meeting, held virtually on March 23, 2026.

The meeting opened with welcome remarks from Samantha James in her role as CAT IRP Chair, followed by a series of system-level updates and discussions relevant to institutional research and planning across the University System of Georgia. Agenda items included an IPEDS update, state and USG research and policy updates, and a presentation on State College Data Analytics Dashboards. The group also received a Unified ERP update from the USG System Office.

In the afternoon, Jason Wang delivered the GAIRPAQ presentation in his role as GAIRPAQ President. The meeting concluded with the CAT IRP business meeting, which covered the Spring 2026 financial statement, approval of prior meeting minutes, leadership changes, proposed by‑laws updates, and discussion of the Fall 2026 meeting.
